Our Division Director of Talent Acquisition plans, develops and implements strategies and processes that attract and acquire qualified talent for Wellpath. Our Director of Talent Acquisition also directs division-wide projects and programs to meet the comprehensive talent demands of the organization. Will lead Managers/Recruiters to effectively identify, engage and navigate talent through company recruitment process and create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, with the purpose of fueling business growth and supporting current business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or closely related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- Seven (7) or more years of experience in Human Resources field with emphasis on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Managing people and leading a corporate recruiting department required

ResponsibilitiesLeads and manages a team of recruiters to support key areas and internal clients.Responsible for the design, development and implementation of the following programs to support organizational goals and objectives: Resume management process and systems; Recruiting and selection tools & processes; College and/or professional membership relations and intern programs; Executive recruitingWorks with business operation leadership to identify opportunities for company-wide organizational changes and process improvements to support business growth and increase current business effectiveness & efficiency.Identify and communicate value to the business of implementing new recruiting programs and processes considering the cost of such programs and processes; i.e. return on investment.Identify and manage outsourced relationships necessary to achieve recruiting department objectives and goals.Develop recruiting strategy, tools and process design and deploy throughout the business enterprise.Analyze recruiting processes for continued improvement. Ensure effective selection and retention systems and processes are in place.Manage the relocation policy, facilitation and program.Prepare and monitor an annual budget for Recruiting department.Manage company-wide drug testing and background check policies and vendors.Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.Must be able to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.Perform other duties as assigned.
